This is one of four different versions of the episode \"pie\" which was the first ever Weebl and Bob episode.
The title has been changed to "The amazing feats of Mr Chaunchy and sometimes Mr Chaunchy's Aquaintance, Robert"
Robert is the longer name for Bob
Even though Bob has a large hat on, he still manages to defeat the laws of physics and rolls normally.
Instead of calling BOB a wanker in the original, WEEBL calls him a rapscalion. In old days, rapscalion was as rude as you got.

BOB: indeed.
WEEBL: I find myself rather taken by the pipe.
BOB: indeed. WEEBL: a pipe is most enjoyable. BOB: mmmmm! pipe. WEEBL: mmmmmmm!
WEEBL: pipe.
WEEBL: pipe. pipe. pipe. pipe. pipe. pipe. pipe.
BOB: mmmmm! pipe
{WEEBL turns to the screen, looks behind him before looking back at BOB}
WEEBL (screaming): PIPE!!!
{With that, BOB is thrown from across the room to off screen, where a thud is heard.}
BOB: good lord.
WEEBL: upon your return, fetch a pipe.
WEEBL (softly): rapscalion!
