Although Weebl was unable to animate he was able to be the voice of himself in this animation.
Despite Skoos animating "skills" he decided an animtion would explain things better.
If you didn't guess Weebl fecked his arm up, not his spleen.

SKOO: Well, I can tell you,

SKOO: He damaged, his arm, whilst snowboarding.
